UON RUGBY TRAINING SESSIONS
Below you will find details on our training schedule for both men and women. If you’re a player and cannot make training, please ensure that you contact the coach or director using the contact details below.
WHEN WE TRAIN
Training is held every Tuesday and Thursday night commencing at 6pm.
OFF SEASON SKILLS
Commences on Tuesday 13th November and will run for 6 weeks each Tuesday at Uni No 4 field from 6:00pm.
Player fitness testing will be conducted at these sessions which will form the basis for individual strength and conditioning programs.
PRE-SEASON
Commences on Tuesday 5th February 2019 at Oval No 4.
